The Eurocenter complex consists of a residential tower and two office towers of different heights. The tallest tower, which is 55 metres high, offers a spectacular view of Amsterdam and the Zuidas. The architecture and colours give the complex a welcoming appearance. Eurocenter is on a prominent location and is very easily accessible.
The buildings and the central square of the Eurocenter can be reached from De Boelelaan and Barbara Strozzilaan. The entrance to the underground parking garage and the recently refurbished Holiday Inn Hotel are located on the central square, where there is also the opportunity to sit in the sun and enjoy lunch.
The two office towers on Barbara Strozzilaan provide a total of approx. 21,391 sq.m. prestigious office space. Each building has its own stylish entrance. The first building is called Eurocenter I, the BinckBank reside here and on the Tommaso Albinonistraat luxury apartments can be found. Eurocenter II is resident to JC Decaux, Fonterra, Loyens & Loeff, Pathe cinema group and Gemalto.
